Welcome to Bhajjanka, these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our engineering services. By engaging our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
2. Definitions
- Client: The individual or entity receiving the Services.
- Service Provider: Bhajjanka, the provider of the Services.
- Project: The specific engineering task or series of tasks to be performed.
3. Purchase and Payment Terms
- Orders: All orders placed by the Customer are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order.
- Prices: Prices for the Products are listed on the Company’s website or provided in a quote. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Payment terms are specified at the time of order. The Customer agrees to pay the total amount due as specified in the invoice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping: The Company will ship the Products to the address provided by the Customer. Shipping costs and delivery times will be communicated at the time of order.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery.
5. Inspection and Acceptance
The Customer is responsible for inspecting the Products upon receipt. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported to the Company within 7 days of delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned Products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Warranties
- Product Warranty: The Company warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship as per quotation.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as accidents.
