In crushing, mining and material-handling plants, a jammed hopper or a sluggish feeder means lost output. The part that keeps material moving is often small compared to the plant, but it matters: the electric vibrator motor.
It is a three-phase motor with eccentric weights fitted on both ends of its shaft. When the shaft rotates, these weights create centrifugal force. Bolted onto a screen, feeder or hopper, that force makes the whole structure vibrate. The vibration moves material forward, separates it by size or stops it from sticking.
DYNASHAKE is Bhajjanka’s range of electric vibrator motors covering 30 to 72 kN in two speed bands.

Before finalising a motor, confirm four things: structure mass, target amplitude, operating frequency and mounting stiffness. The SIMLABS team can help verify your application before you order.
Bhajjanka offers product selection help, installation support, spares and factory escalation through its dealer network, with units at Belgachia and Foundry Park, Howrah.
